All orders are shipped through USPS.

Premade orders will take 5-10 business days to be processed + shipped.

An email will always be sent out as soon as your order has been delivered to the post office along with a tracking ID number.

Shipping costs will be processed and charged during checkout.

Please note, once your order has shipped the rest is out of our hands.

Always double check the shipping address is put in correctly.

If you make a mistake, we understand it happens, email us immediately and a correction can be made.

Keep in mind, international shipping costs do apply which will not be covered or reimbursed by us.

Spot cleaning and/or hand washing using a gentle soap and warm water, then leaving it to air dry is the best way to go!
